Yesterday at the local GILBERT Target, Lee and I were verbally chastised for THE SECOND TIME since we have lived here (16 months) for touching each other. The first time, an old lady standing behind us in line said something like, "Is that appropriate behavior for in here?" because we were hugging. Yesterday, a man who was walking by us with his wife and two kids said loudly, "Hey, wait until you get home!" because, again, we just couldn't keep our hands off each other and were AGAIN hugging.

Now being fiscally conservative is one thing, which I consider "evil" but I can also partially understand (kind of), but being so SOCIALLY conservative that you think you are doing God's work by making a scene in the local Target because two young people are touching each other is a mindset that I can't even begin to wrap my head around and I CAN'T BELIEVE we are spending our 20s living in a place made up of people like this.
